14 lb Louisiana Crawfish Co CAJUN Cornbread Turducken

$109.99

Partially deboned turkey stuffed with boneless chicken, duck, and mouth-watering cajun cornbread dressing with pickled jalapenos. Serves 15-20

Cajun Cornbread: By adding pickled jalapenos to cornbread they have taken your traditional cornbread to a whole new level! Jalapenos add a little extra zest without generating too much heat. The vinegar is the secret! Made with lots of fresh eggs, cheese, onions, corn oil, milk, cornmeal, and creamed corn.

  • Thawing Instructions: Remove from box and place on a pan in refrigerator for 3 1/2 days prior to cooking.
  • Cooking Instructions: Total cooking time is approximately 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove plastic bag and place completely thawed bird, breast side up (string side down) in a non-stick greased roasting pan. The legs and wings cook faster so place foil over these areas. Loosely cover the entire bird with a tent of aluminum foil. The foil should not be tucked in. When baking, gently move the TurDucKen around to prevent sticking and baste with butter to achieve a golden brown color. Bake covered with foil approximately 2 hours. Remove foil tent and continue baking uncovered approximately 2 hours longer. Internal temperature of entire bird must reach a minimum of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from oven and let rest 45 minutes to 1 hour. The inside will remain hot. While supporting the back of the bird, gently and carefully transfer to a serving platter. Remove string and wings to facilitate carving. Cut in half vertically from the neck to the leg area and carve the individual slices horizontally. ENJOY!

Cajun Cornbread Turducken

Our 10th year buying this for Thanksgiving. It’s SOOOOOO good it’s become a tradition that our friends and family ask for!

Would order again

Tried my first Turducken ever as a friendsgiving event in case it wasn't great. Overall was very pleased with how it came out. The cajun cornbread stuffing was ok, but the turducken was delicious. Some of my friends weren't too fond of the gamey duck flavor a little but others didnt mind it. Overall would consider purchasing again. I cooked it a little differently, 4 hours in sous vide and 3 hours in oven at 375. No additional spices or anything was added.

Best Turkey Ever

My creole mom recieved it as a gift last Thanksgiving. What a joy to the palate! Between her traditional turkey and my ex-husband's smoked turkey, I thought there was nothing to compare. My mom stopped cooking for Thanksgiving 20 years ago and I'm no longer privy to my ex-husband's smoked turkey. This is my turkey of choice from here on out. The dressing is fabulous. HIGHLY recommended.

Perfect new tradition!

Our family received this as a company gift and couldn't be more pleased. It was easy to cook and the perfect twist on thanksgiving turkey. Not to mention the delicious jalepeno cornbread stuffing!! A perfect combination of flavored and highlight of our holiday!

A Tasty Change to Tradition

This is one of the tastiest Thanksgiving Day meals I have had in a long time. Everyone was apprehensive in the combination of birds used, but the complex flavors were quite the hit. The cornbread stuffing added to whole meal. Very easy to cook, just four hours and you are ready. I recommend this purchase.
