This year we wanted something special and there couldn't have been a better choice! I ordered this turducken for Thanksgiving. It arrived on time and beautiful (just like our last order from LCC!) I confess I didn't follow the directions to the letter--after it thawed out I put it into my slow cooker. When it was just about done I moved it to a roasting pan, basted it with butter and put it in the oven. Seriously--WOW. So tender and the flavor OMG. The gravy was fab all by itself. I'm pretty sure we've started a new tradition. Thanks ya'll!!
First time we have tried a turduken from Louisiana Crawfish, and definitely is not the last ! One of the tastiest meals we have had, and am ordering another today for Christmas. We loved this flavorful turduken roll. Mouth Watering Awesome is how I would sum it up. Love it ~ !!!!
