5 lp. Boucherie Wild Rice Pecan Turgucken Rool & a 5Lp. Boucherie Shrimp & Sausage Turducken Rool

Both Turducken Rolls were shipped together in a well insulated styrofoam container with 2 frozen ice packs. The order got delayed for 24 hours due to the fault of FedEx - NOT Louisiana Crawfish! When they arrived the shipping box was still well sealed. I opened the box and both rolls were still frozen and the surface temperature of the rolls was a very acceptable 34.7 degrees (well less than the 40 degree limit specified by the USDA). Louisiana Crawfish did a wonderful job with the shipment and we’re looking forward to enjoying both in a couple weeks. I will definitely be ordering from Louisiana Crawfish again!

Really good

Bought this for Thanksgiving, overall it was good could of used a little more of the stuffing, it browned nicely basting it with butter the last 30 minutes, it was seasoned well but not overly done,it was packaged well and partially thawed when it arrived at fedex station so was thawed by thanksgiving time in the refrigerator, will consider again might different stuffing but has to be gluten free for my wife

Not bad

I made this for my family for Thanksgiving, it was really good, not overly seasoned, basting with butter the last 1/2 hour or so kept it moist and browned nicely, only wish had a little more of the stuffing and duck and chicken, but all in all was great and arrived still semi frozen in a nice foam cooler that FedEx didn’t beat to death
