5 lb Louisiana Crawfish Co Shrimp & Crawfish Jambalaya Turducken Roll
The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Shrimp and Crawfish Jambalaya. The Turducken Breast averages 5 lbs and provides approximately 7-9 servings.
- Thawing Instructions: Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator approx. 24 hrs. prior to cooking.
- Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, & place completely thawed turducken roll in greased roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, remove netting and carve. Enjoy!

Pleasantly Surprised
As a Southern transplant that lives in the west now, I wanted a taste of home for Thanksgiving. I ordered this and had it shipped. It arrived frozen and packaged perfect. Cooked it following the directions except I didn't use a roasting pan and tin foil. Used a cast iron dutch oven with a lid instead with onions, olive oil, and some bacon fat on the bottom. This turned out excellent and was a huge hit with our family. Was very pleased how juicy this came out of the oven. I'll be ordering another to try in the smoker. From now on this will be a tradition in our home for Thanksgiving. Thanks LA Crawfish Company for a great product that wowed our Thanksgiving guests!

JAMBALAYA TURDUCKEN BREAST
First time user of this product, but long time user of other suppliers. Wife and I finished of this excellent Turducken in 3 1/2 meals. Very happy with the taste of this product, coupled with the simplicity of preparation. We have two other Turducken to experiment with and will try different cooking methods. However, this first time experience has been really outstanding. Getting hungry just writing about it! Keep up the good work.
