Comeaux's Pork Boudin Balls BULK


These breaded pork boudin ball appetizers come 144 pieces bulk (1.5oz balls). Golf ball size and very easy to prepare. Great for parties or just for snack food. 

  • Cooking Instructions: 
    • Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Plce on cookie sheet for 20 minutes. 
    • Fry: Deep fry for 3 minutes at 350 degrees. 
  • Ingredients: Pork, Rice, Pork Liver, Water, Onions, Salt, Green Onions, Parsley, Bell Pepper, Celery, Flavorings, Paprika, Cajun Creole Seasonings (salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, celery, and other spices). Coating: Milk, Eggs, Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast, Soybean Oil, Herbs, Spices, Parsley, Oregano
