Comeaux's Pork Boudin - Mild


Ingredients: pork, cooked rice, pork live, water, frozen vegetable blend (onions, celery, red peppers, green peppers, parsley), salt, paprika, red pepper, dehydrated green onions, parsley, black pepper, cajun creole seasoning (salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, celery, and other spices) in a pork casing.  

Cooking Instructions: Thaw boudin.  Cook in boiling water for 8-10 minutes.  To microwave Cook on high for 1 1/2 minutes per link

Heat to internal temp of 160 degrees F
