- Ingredients: Rice, pork liver, pork broth (water, salt, caramel color), onions, seasoning (salt, red pepper, paprika, monosodium glutamate), jalapeno peppers, freeze dried chives, parsley flakes.

My grandparents lived near Poche's when I was a kid. I grew up eating their boudin. I live in California now, so I was so happy to see that I could order it here! It tastes EXACTLY like it always did, and it's worth spending the couple of extra dollars! I would argue that Poche's makes the best boudin in Louisiana, hands down, and paved the way for others who wanted to make great boudin. If you ever get the chance, go to their restaurant in Breaux Bridge! If you're far away like me and can't--then order it here!
