Crafted from Poche’s original recipe, this pork boudin has been voted one of the best in South Louisiana—and for good reason. Each link is packed with a flavorful blend of cooked pork meat, pork liver, onions, rice, and special seasonings, all stuffed into natural hog casings for an authentic Cajun experience.

Each 1 lb pack includes 3 links of fully cooked boudin—ready to heat and serve for a quick, satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Steam: Place links in a steamer or pot with a small amount of water. Cover and steam for 10–15 minutes until heated through.
  • Grill: Cook over medium heat, turning occasionally, until warmed and lightly browned.
    Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.

Ingredients: Rice, pork liver, pork broth (water, salt, caramel color), onions, seasoning (salt, red pepper, paprika, monosodium glutamate), jalapeno peppers, freeze dried chives, parsley flakes.

Pork boudin

It was really good me n the Mrs gobbled up one package

Quality

My grandparents lived near Poche's when I was a kid. I grew up eating their boudin. I live in California now, so I was so happy to see that I could order it here! It tastes EXACTLY like it always did, and it's worth spending the couple of extra dollars! I would argue that Poche's makes the best boudin in Louisiana, hands down, and paved the way for others who wanted to make great boudin. If you ever get the chance, go to their restaurant in Breaux Bridge! If you're far away like me and can't--then order it here!
