

Our Crawfish Étouffée is straight from our Grandma’s recipe and is loaded with crawfish! An onion and butter mixture is simmered for hours, thickened with a blonde roux, then seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients: Onions, Crawfish Tails and Fat, Cream of Mushroom Soup (water, mushrooms, vegetable oil ( corn, cottonseed, canola. and/or soybean), modified food starch, wheat flour, contains less than 2% of: salt, monosodium glutamate, soy protein concentrate, dehydrated cream (cream [milk]. soy lecithin), yeast extract, flavoring, dehydrated garlic), Butter (partially hydrogenated soybean oil and liquid soybean oil, water, butter (cream, salt), salt, non-fat dry milk, soybean lecithin, sodium benzoate as a preservative, artificial flavor, vitamin A palmitate added, colored with beta carotene), Water, Flour (Bleached enriched wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin. folic acid enzyme), Salt (sodium Silicoaluminate), Black Pepper, Red Pepper.
Allergens: Shellfish, Soy, Wheat, Dairy Products.
Cooking Instructions: Defrost in the refrigerator. Place in a pan on top of the stove and cover with a lid. Heat gently but thoroughly over low heat, stirring occasionally.
