- Cooking Instructions: Defrost & remove chicken from bag. Preheat oven to 375 deg. bake in non-stick baking dish covered for 1 hour. remove lid, brown till golden, serve.

Cajun Savor in 90 minutes!
Since I am a cook, I was very reticent to try this. I am so glad I did. My family loved this and thought I had made it until I told them it was authentic Cajun Louisiana Chicken flown in just for them. I cooked it in clay covered dish. I then uncovered it and further cooked it until crispy brown. Talk about flavor!! I served my own Cajun sides red beans and rice and okra with corn and tomatoes. To us it was like having a mini Cajun Thanksgiving in a snap!
Fantastic Chicken
