Ponchatoulas Crawfish Etouffee 96oz


Crawfish tails smothered in onions, peppers and a creamy butter sauce.  Serve over steamed rice, surf and turf, baked potato or grilled or fried seafood. Pack Size: 6 lb bag / 24 - 4oz servings

Heating Method:  To heat product, place frozen or cold bag in boiling water or steamer for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.  When ready to serve, shake bag vigorously, open and pour directly into chafing dish or serving container.  

Ingredients: water, crawfish, margarine (vegetable oil blend [palm oil and soybean oil], water, salt, contains less than 2% of soy lecithin, vegetable mono and diglycerides, potassium sorbate [a preservative], citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, beta carotene [color] vitamin A palmitate added, whey, cream of mushroom soup (water, mushrooms, vegetable oil [corn, cottonseed, canola, and/or soybean], modified for starch, wheat flour, contains less than 2% of: salt, monosodium glutamate, soy protein concentrate, dehydrated cream [cream,(milk), soy lecithin], yeast extract, flavoring, dehydrated garlic), roux (flour [bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], clarified butter [butter oil], salt) onion, diced tomatoes and chilies (tomatoes with juice, water, chopped green chili peppers, less than 2% of: salt, calcium chloride, citric acid, spice, natural flavor,), bell pepper, celery, green onion, roux (flour, wheat flour, malted barley flour [niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, and folic acid], and soy bean oil), hot sauce (distilled vinegar, red pepper, salt), salt binder, and spices.
