Ponchatoulas Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya 96oz


Jambalaya, a popular Louisiana Cajun dish, with chicken and sausage in a mix of long grain white rice, onion, bell pepper, garlic, red pepper, paprika and other Cajun Seasonings.  Serve as a side dish or use as a stuffing in bell peppers or pork chops!

Heating Method:  To heat product, place frozen or cold bag in boiling water or steamer for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.  When ready to serve, shake bag vigorously, open and pour directly into chafing dish or serving container. 

Ingredients: chicken thigh boneless, water, rice (long grain parboiled rive, iron phosphate, niacin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid), smoked sausage (pork, water, salt, spices, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sodium erythorbate, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrite), bell pepper, onion, creole seasoning (salt, spices, garlic, chili powder [chili pepper, silicon dioxide (anti-caking), ethoxyquin (color retardant)], soybean oil [(fully refined); may contain TBHQ and citric acid to preserve freshness] onion, celery seed, silicon dioxide[anti-caking]), browning seasoning (caramel color [sulfites], water, vegetable base [water, carrots, celery, cabbage, onion, parsley, turnips, parsnips), less than 2% of: spices, salt, sodium protein, caramel color, palm oil, monosodium glutamate, autolyzed yeast extract, natural flavor, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate).
