Ponchatoulas Red Beans 96oz


New Orleans style red beans.  Serve over steamed rice with smoked sausage. Pack Size: 6 lb bag / 24 - 4 oz servings

Heating Method:  To heat product, place frozen or cold bag in boiling water or steamer for 12-14 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170°F.  When ready to serve, shake bag vigorously, open and pour directly into chafing dish or serving container. 

Ingredients: water, red beans, red bean seasoning (salt, onion, margarine, [soybean oil, nonfat dry milk, whey, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, salt, natural flavor, soy lecithin, annatto extract and thbq [antioxidant], garlic, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, caramel seasoning [dextrose, corn syrup solids, mustard chili power (chili pepper, salt, spices) hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, spice extractives, natural smoke flavor], slat,, sodium phosphate, sodium nitrate), modified food starch, seasoning (salt, mustard [23%], spices, dehydrated garlic, sugar, hydrolyzed soy & corn protein [4%] paprika, sodium erythorbate [1%], maltodextrin, caramel color and palm oil).
