Comeaux's Stuffed Pork Roast


The best cut of pork meat, boneless, stuffed with the “Cajun Three” (onions, celery and bell pepper) garlic and our special blend of seasoning. Ready for the oven or stovetop, makes a great gravy. Delicious! And easy to prepare. Just add sides and dinner is ready!  

Cooking Instructions: Defrost & remove Roast from bag. Brown in pot with lid till internal temp reaches 158 deg. Add onions and sauté till brown. Add water for gravy, and cook till tender. Serve over cooked rice.

Unit Size: 3 lbs.

Ingredients: Pork, chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, chopped celery, garlic, salt, flavorings, Cajun creole seasoning (salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, celery, and other spices).
