Chairman’s Reserve Bone-In Prime Pork Chop stuffed with Crawfish Jambalaya

COOKING DIRECTIONS: Defrost unopened bag in cold water for approximately 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chop from plastic bag and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil and bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from over and let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
