So happy I took a chance, and the very best takeaway from 2020

I have never had a Turducken, but thought it would be something fun to try for a smaller 2020 Thanksgiving. IT was a hit and I loved it. We decided it will become a staple (at least one good thing to take from 2020). I cooked it alongside my turkey at 350 on my Kamadoe Joe Grill. It had just the right amount of seasoning. The cornbread stuffing was also amazing. Next year we may try another version, but we love the Turducken now.
