The Turducken Breast is a boneless turkey breast stuffed with a boneless duck breast, boneless chicken breast and mouth-watering Cajun Pork Boudin. The Turducken Breast averages 5 lbs and provides approximately 7-9 servings.
- Cooking Instructions: (Keep product frozen until ready to use).
Place in a pan and thaw in refrigerator approx. 24 hrs. prior to cooking. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic bag, netting stays in place, & place completely thawed turducken roll in greased roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake approx. 2 hours. Remove foil and bake additional 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown in color. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees F. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes, remove netting and carve. Great product
We've been getting these for a few years, switching over from the whole turduckens - as out family that's around for the Hollidays has shrunk. We really like the boudin ones but we always order a cornbread as well. For six people with other sides it's a great full meal with imimll leftovers. They cook quick and are outstanding.
Excellent
Great for single to small group serving. Incredibly tender meat and excellent fresh boudin. Make sure to seal it and save juice.
