14 lb Louisiana Crawfish Co Cajun Sausage Turducken


Partially deboned turkey stuffed with boneless chicken, duck, and mouth-watering Cajun Pork Sausage. Serves 15-20


  • Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking.  For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.
  • Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag.  Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 4 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices.  Remove netting.  Slice off wings and drumsticks.  Cut 1/2 inch slices across, then down the center.
  • Ingredients:Turkey, pork sausage (ground pork, water, kosher salt, garlic. worcestershire sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, water, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, black pepper, paprika), duck meat, chicken meat, salt (sodium silicoaluminate), black pepper, red pepper.

Turduckin with sausage

We absolutely positively validate this as the best Turduckin we've ever had....and we've had quite a few! We smoke ours for 4.5 hours with Applewood chips...really enhances the flavors!! Will order again!!

This was my first purchase of a Turducken from the Louisiana Crawfish Inc. and I couldn't have been more happy with my purchase. The meat was great and the stuffing amazing! The Turducken made a great Thanksgiving meal. It will be remembered by the entire family for years to come. I decided to purchase because of these reviews. If anyone is thinking of making a purchase,,,,DO! You won't be disappointed.


I ordered one for our Thanksgiving Party. Most had never tasted one before. It was excellent but, of course you'll always have those who are skeptical and like the same ole bland tasting birds baked in an oven. Most folks in Ga are still mesmerized by a Fried Turkey? R Booth


This was great! Very easy to cook. I used an oven bag and it came out perfect and juicy! Seasoning was great. The whole family loved it. I would highly recommend this for a fun treat!


Wow! Even after sitting for an hour the meat was hot, juicy and delicious, the seasoning was great, well worth the money.
