Cajun Original Foods Boudin Balls are made with a special recipe distinct from their traditional boudin, these pork boudin balls are rolled, battered, and breaded for a crispy, golden finish that holds up beautifully in hot oil. With no liver in the mix, the flavor stays clean and savory, while the texture remains light—not greasy. Each 2lb pack includes approximately 24 bite-sized balls, perfect for deep-frying straight from frozen and pairing with your favorite dips. A fast-food favorite with authentic Cajun flair.
2 LB Package: Boudin Balls are sized to be 12 Balls per pound.
- Cooking Instructions: Preheat vegetable cooking oil to 350° F. Place Boudin Balls into the fry basket with a little space between each to avoid them sticking together, and lower into the oil. Cook for about 8 minutes, or until you get your preferred degree of brownness. Make sure the internal temperature of the Boudin gets hot and steamy (at least 160° (F). After cooking, place the Boudin Balls on a wire rack, or on a paper towel to drain any excess oil from the product.
