The Best Stop Mild Boudin

$10.99

The Best Stop homemade boudin is made with pork, a little pork liver, onions, bell peppers, and cajun seasoning. Its cooked, ground then mixed with rice, green onions, and more cajun seasoning. Finally, the boudin mix is stuffed into a casing. Boudin can be cooked in an oven, on a grill, barbeque pit or boiled in water.  Our award winning Boudin with just less red pepper. 3 links/16oz

  • Cooking Steps: boudin should heat to 165 degrees
    1. In a boiling pot, fill with water until half full, and add a splash of Kitchen Bouquet.
    2. Add desired amount of boudin to the pot. Make sure water is covering boudin.
    3. Cover the pot and cook for about 7-10 minutes. Once the water starts to boil, the boudin should be ready.
    4. To check the boudin, pinch the boudin in the middle. If it stays indented, it is NOT ready. If the casing pops back out, it is ready.

Just enough

We love these on the grill. Spicy factor is right on.

Simply delicious

These mild Boudin are just perfect, same deliciousness as the originals but, a bit more forgiving for those with a "lower heat resistance"!

Taste great

Just not enough

I had an operator issue in boiling the first link, skin shrank, and fell apart. However the fallout, with a slotted spoon, still met my expectations. Next link will be pan fried, and I expect an excellent outcome..

See next issue for follow up.
