Ingredients: American cheese (cultured milk, and skim milk, cream, sodium phosphate, salt, lactic
acid, enzymes), pepper jack cheese (cultured pasteurized milk, jalapeno peppers, salt, enzymes),
Louisiana crawfish tail meat, msg free andouille sausage [pork, water, salt, flavoring and colorings,
sugar, sodium nitrate, pork casing), butter, milk, onion, tomatoes and green chilis, butter, garlic,
green onion, msg free creole seasoning.

Warming Instructions:
To thaw: Place in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

It's the best queso I've ever had, and I live in south Texas on the US/Mexico border! It's thick and full of flavor.
