Comeaux's Smoked Andouille
Acadiana's best! USDA pork, coarsely ground, seasoned, marinated, & stuffed in a large sausage casing & hickory smoked to perfection. A must for gumbo! It&#39;s hard to find good andouille when you don&#39;t live in Louisiana any more. I&#39;m gonna have to get a bigger freezer.
I decided to do a mudbug boil this past weekend and have had no luck finding good andouille around my place in Southern California so while I was ordering my crawdads, I picked up a couple pounds of Comeaux's and man was it delicious! It has great flavor and texture. It definitely added that extra something special to my boil and all the guests loved it!
