Broussard's Bayou Stuffed Turkey - Dirty Rice
Whole Stuffed Turkey with mouthwatering Dirty Rice dressing. 10 lbs
Ingredients: Partially deboned whole turkey, rice (enriched with iron), niaccin and thiamine, beef, pork, onions, water, bell pepper, celery, cream of mushroom soup (water, mushrooms, wheat flour, soybean oil, salt, cream, modified food starch, whey solids, buttermilk solids, lactose, sodium caseinate, potassium phosphate, autolyzed yeast, natural flavors), chicken base (chicken, salt, maltodextrin, food starch-modified, chicken fat, sugar, hrdolyzed corn portein, onion power, yeast extract, turmeric, chicken broth powder, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate, natural flavorings, oleoresin paprika), golden mushroom (beef stock, water, mushroom, tomato puree, wheat flour, modified food stach, salt, sauteme wine, vegetable oil, water, butter, yeast extrat, monosodium glutamte, beef fat, spice extract, dextrose and caramel color), roux, garlic, parsely, spices.

Thawing Instructions: Stuffed Turkey must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, move from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigerator for approx. 48 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan covered for 2.5 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165F. Allow Stuffed Turkey to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting. Slice off wings & drumsticks. Cut 1/2 width slices across, then down the center.
