Excellent as always

The gator tenderloin actually arrived a day earlier than expected. It was still frozen upon arrival. Great quality meat and tastes great smoked.

Absolutely amazing gator. We smoked half of it and breaded and deep fried the other into bites. Both were ridiculously good. Can’t wait to order again.

Brought alligator in for Burns eggfest benefit cookoff in new mexico where alligator is not often thought about. Majority were sceptical but tasted and loved it ! Grilled it along with the missippi comeback sauce. Served 5 pounds on scerwers and not one piece left . Ordered for pre date and recived frozen and on time, couldnt be happier,will sure do again ,thanks .

We ordered the 5 pound alligator tenderloin for our 4th of July celebration.
Arrived on time, still frozen.
It turned out amazing and was the perfect addition to our menu!!
We will defiantly be ordering again.
