Oak Grove Smokehouse Fish Fry Creole Seasoning has just enough Creole seasoning in it to give it a nice kick. For crispy fish everytime, try this product-a tried and true recipe. 6 oz. package.
- Ingredients: enriched yellow corn flour & meal ( niacin, iron (REDUCED) thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) salt, spices, onion, dextrose, monoso-dium glutamate, natural & artificial lemon flavors.
- Cooking Directions: Wash fish and pat dry. Shake fish with FISH FRY in a bag, a few pieces at a time, or roll in FISH FRY to coat. Fry in deep fat at 375 degrees. When fish begins to float, turn and cook 1-2 minutes longer. If desired, dop fish into milk or eff-milk mixture before coating with FISH FRY. FISH FRY may also be used as a coating to fry shrimp, oysters, frog legs, eggplant, squash, okra, tomatoes or cauliflower.
