Ingredients: water, shrimp, sodium bisulfite, crawfish tail meat, crab meat, gumbo stock, (onions, chopped; roux [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, soybean oil]; chopped bell or sweet pepper; custom culinary shrimp base [cooked shrimp, salt, dehydrated corn protein, shrimp powder, natural flavor [with autolyzed yeast], sugar, clarified butter oil, potato flour disodium inosinate, disodium granulate soy lecithin, extract of paprika), chopped celery, ground black pepper, table salt, ground red or cayenne pepper).

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Remove lid, turn container upside down and push on bottom until gumbo slides into a 2 qt pot. Cover and turn burner on very lower setting and heat gently but thoroughly, stirring occasionally. Bring to a soft boil. Remove from heat, serve over cooked white rice.
