Poche’s Smoked Tasso is made from large pieces of tender, lean pork that are tumbled in a bold seasoning blend of salt, red pepper, black pepper, garlic, jalapeño peppers, mustard, vinegar, and liquid smoke, then smoked to perfection in our traditional smokehouse. Packed with rich, spicy flavor, this Cajun specialty is a must-have for any Southern kitchen.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Use as a flavor base in gumbos, stews, beans, and jambalaya.
  • Add to cream sauces for pasta or seafood to elevate richness and depth.

Heating Instructions:
