Boneless Alligator tail
I love ordering from this company,they are very fast at delivering your order.The boneless tail meat that I got the last time was absolutely awesome,no bone to cut around and straight into a milk bath and on the smoker.My family really enjoyed it.The bone-in isn't bad,it's just knowing to cut out certain parts of the bad fat that I didn't know about but YouTube came handy on that part.The whole bone in tail looked absolutely amazing coming off of the smoker,very good presentation.Thank you to everyone at LA Crawfish Company.

Gator tail
Didnt get the whole gator. Ordered and received the tail skinned and deboned. Smoked it and it was the food of the day. Delevired on time cold and ready to cook. 5 stars isnt enough
