14 lb Louisiana Crawfish Co Cornbread and Cajun Sausage Turducken
Partially deboned turkey stuffed with boneless chicken, duck, and mouth-watering Cornbread and Cajun Sausage. Serves 15-20
Thawing Instructions: Turducken must thaw completely before cooking. For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigeration for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 6-8 hours.
Cooking Instructions: Remove from bag. Bake at 325°F, breast side up, on a rack in a roasting pan, covered for 4 hours, then uncovered for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow turducken to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices. Remove netting. Slice off wings and drumsticks. Cut 1/2 inch slices across, then down the center.

First time Turducken
Ordered one for Thanksgiving &#39;21, if only to &quot;check the box&quot; as we had never experienced a Turducken before. We cooked it in one of those Oberdome roasters due to limited oven space. I loosely covered with foil to prevent the skin from burning. Took close to 5.5 hours to get up to temp. We were all pleasantly surprised, it was EXCELLENT. The stuffing was good, the sausage was good, all 3 layers of bird for easily identified and excellent tasting. We will do it again.
