Errol's Crab Cakes
A generous 3 oz portion of Claw Crabmeat in a superb blend of vegetables, seasonings, and select spices.

Cooking Instructions: Pan-fry or blacken from frozen or partially thawed on medium high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until center reaches 180 degrees. OR batter thawed, partially thawed or frozen cake and deep fry at 35 degrees for 3-4 minutes (thawed) until center reaches 180 degrees.
Ingredients: crab meat(claw), crab meat(lump), vegetables (onions, bell pepper, celery, green onions), plain bread crumbs, flour, water, corn syrup, yeast, buttermilk, partially hydrogenated vegetable shortening containing soybean and/or cotton seed oil, salt, dough conditioner, vinegar, calcium propionate, malted barley flour, yeast nutrient, mayonnaise (soybean oil, corn syrup, egg yolk, distilled vinegar, spice, salt, calcium disodium edta added to protect flavor).
