I grew up eating fresh warm water catfish. So many fish farm sold catfish have so much bad tasting fat from the feed they are given to help them grow that I quit purchasing store bought catfish. Not so for the catfish from LA CRAWFISH.COM. these catfish are fresh and delicious.
