Breaded Catfish Strips 2.5 LB IQF (Individually Quick Frozen)
- Ingredients: catfish fillets, (catfish, water, salt, sodium tripolyphosphate, citric acid, sodium hexametaphosphate, ascorbic aci), seasoned breading (cornmeal, corn flour, salt, red pepper, monosodium glutamate, black pepper, citric acid, garlic poweder, mustard flour, paprika, nutmeg, ground celery, tricalcium phosphate (anti-caking agent)), batter (wheat flour, modified corn starch, rice flour, egg whites, salt, soybean oil (as a processing aid), xanthan gum), water).

- Cooking Instructions:
- Fried Catfish Strips: Preheat oil to 375F degrees. Cook strups for 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending on appliance.
- Baked Catfish Strips: Place frozen strips on a lined baking sheet. Preheat oven to 425F. Baste with light margarine or butter. Bake for 45 minutes. For a more crispy texture turn strips over after 20 minutes of baking.

Is this already fried? I don’t know? I bought this and there are no directions on how to cook! Im going to warm up some cooking oil and try that. They look good, I’ll let you know how they turn out.
