- Ready to use in all your recipes for gumbo, etouffee, etc. These tails are "fat-on" for those recipes that call for crawfish fat.
- Please note: Tails may be partially thawed upon arrival. Simply refreeze!

About as far away from Louisiana as you can get here in Alaska. These go great in my Alfredo sauce with gnocchi fried in oil just to give them a crispy texture and crawfish! Mmm

Excellent product, would love to order live crawfish but I live in Wisconsin and they don't allow it so had to get just the meat. Stalekracker never steered me wrong I used them to make a recipe out of his cookbook.
