So good. A pound is just enough for two giant crawfish sandwiches on French bread with roumalade sauce. I will be ordering two pounds next time!

Perfectly seasoned bits of heaven! These crawfish were great alone, but put them on a po-boy sandwich....oh my! Great sized crawfish with just the right amount of breading. Thanks for making dinner easy. I would have given 5 stars but no cooking directions on the packaging made it a guessing game.
