Awesome Crawfish
I’ve made crawfish etouffee, gumbo & black beans and rice. All equally delicious. For college football Saturday I made my first crawfish pie. My wife said “Wow” which is a good sign. Great product

Never purchased tail meat before. Took a chance, and glad I did. Sauted in olive oil, butter & garlic w/ a dash of Tony Chachere's seasoning. put the entire 1lb in w/ a box of Zatarain's black beans & rice. Delicious!
