I live in northern Indiana, a mile from Michigan. That’s a long way from Louisiana. If there’s crawfish for sale here I haven’t seen it. After staring at your website for a while I chose December 27 for the delivery date because that is my husband’s birthday, which meant that someone at this company had to ship my box the day after Christmas. I was skeptical. I’ve never ordered from here before. It felt like kind of a risk with the expense. All I wanted was to make him crawfish étouffée. Crawfish was so well packaged that it was still frozen on arrival. I made dinner, and the hubs said “this is awesome.” Thank you!!!

I only buy crawfish tails from LACrawfish. The fat hasn’t been rinsed out of the tail meat, makes for much better flavor.

I have been getting tail meat from here for years. I live in San Francisco I can’t get any good crawfish here.
My partner makes a version of crawfish Monica that is so great and we use the tail meat to make it. She also étouffée which is also so good.
