Crawfish are fully cooked then chilled for shipping. Simply heat and serve! Heating can be done by steaming or placing in boiling water for approx. 2 minutes! Crawfish may also be served cold.

Delicious!
Loved the frozen purged crawfish! I had 9 people come to enjoy the feast—7 were not Cajun! My son & I, both of us have Cajun heritage, enjoyed the treat the most! Next time I’ll order more seasoning!

I was born and raised in New Orleans but now I unfortunately live in Florida. I have been ordering crawfish from the Louisiana Crawfish Company for years. They are ALWAYS delicious! The crawfish are of the highest quality and they are perfectly seasoned. What a great treat!

Boiled, purged, crawfish
I thought I ordered 40lbs of live, purged, crawfish and was quite surprised when I opened the cooler to find already boiled, purged, crawfish. Well sometimes mistakes can turn out great. No one was disappointed about the boil. Dropping the crawfish in to warm the up vs cooking and soaking just meant the food hit the table faster. Left overs warmed up great the next day too. It was a great birthday weekend for my wife and our guests!
