Our Farm Caught, Graded Crawfish Are Placed Into Holding Tanks Of Clean, Highly Oxygenated Water For 12-14 Hours Offering the Cleanest Crawfish on the Market! *please note this process does not fully eliminate the digestive tract*

Crawfish are fully cooked then individually frozen for shipping. Simply thaw, heat, and serve! Heating can be done by steaming or placing in boiling water for approx. 2 minutes! Crawfish may also be thawed and served cold.

Purged Boiled Frozen Crawfish
This was the first time not ordering live crawfish and I wasn’t disappointed! Understanding it was a tough year for crawfish, I was not expecting such a large size of crawfish. They were magnificent. Boiled them up for two minutes and they were perfect.

Purged IQ Crawfish
This is my second time ordering the Individually Quick Frozen Crawfish. First off, I love the purged crawfish, very clean and time saving! Also after my anticipated group size changed with a live crawdaddy order, I have found the frozen are much more convenient! Taste is fantastic! Even though already spiced I refresh with water, one beer, peppercorns, lemon slices and Louisiana Boil simmered and then bring to boil. Dump in your crawdads, cover and yet them soak up the goodness! Oh yeah!!
