Thawing Instructions: Thaw in refrigeration for 12-24 hours.
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Remove chicken from packaging.
- Place in pan with 1 inch of water and cover with foil.
- Bake approximately 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is at 180 degrees. Uncover for the last 30 minutes.
- Remove netting before serving.
