Poche's Stuffed Chicken

Partially deboned, stuffed, and seasoned with peppers, onions, garlic, and Poche's special blend of herbs and spices. Conveniently packaged in an oven-safe tray. 3lb (feeds approximately 4 people)

Thawing Instructions: Leave chicken in plastic bag. THAW BY EITHER Placing in refrigerator approx. 24-48 hours OR placing in cold water approx. 1-3 hours. 

Cooking Instructions:

• Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
• Remove chicken from packaging.
• Place in pan with 1 inch of water and cover with foil.
• Bake approximately 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is at 180 degrees. Uncover for the last 30 minutes.
• Remove netting before serving. Enjoy!
