

Chairman’s Reserve Bone-In Prime Pork Chop stuffed with Dirty Rice

Ingredients: Pork, water, rice (long grain white rice), ground pork, turkey and chicken gizzards, roux (all purpose enriched flour bleached (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin,, folic acid), corn oil, beer ( water, barley malt, corn grits, calcium sulfate, hops, phosphoric acid, whirlfloc, yeastex), yellow onions, celery, green bell peppers, green onion, chopped garlic (garlic and water) Salt (salt, sodium Silicoaluminate) black pepper, red pepper.

COOKING DIRECTIONS: Defrost unopened bag in cold water for approximately 1 hour or in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove chop from plastic bag and place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking oil and bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from over and let rest for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
