The best we’ve had so far. We usually reheat, but even with extra spices in water, it isn’t as spicy as these. And fat!

We tried 10 lbs delivered to the front door. On arrival to my house the mudbugs were cold but not frozen. They were large and beautiful. I spiced a pot of water & cranked up the jet burner until the water was actively boiling. We boiled the crawfish x 2min then let them soak with the jets off x 15 min. They were super tasty. I couldn't believe how good they were. Now we'll be able to have boiled crawfish in the off season... SWEET!
