Perfectly seasoned, these bite-size alligator nuggets are battered and ready to fry! Frozen 4 lb bag - Approximately 25-30 nuggets per lb.
Cooking Instructions:
Cook Frozen! Fry at 350 degrees until golden brown (approx 3-4 minutes).
Ingredients:
Alligator meat, flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, CONTAINS WHEAT), corn flour, corn meal, salt, red pepper, garlic powder, dextrose, sodium phosphates, black pepper, onion powder.

Delicious Alligator Nuggets!
Absolutely delicious! The alligator nuggets were the centerpiece of our Mardi Gras party in Washington State. Our guests gobbled them up. Easy to cook in our "FryDaddy." 4 lb bag was good for 20 guests to nibble on (also had gumbo and other side dishes to enjoy.)

Served this item at a NOLA cocktail party at my home. Most people were concerned but once prompted to taste, they loved these little nuggets. They were cooked perfectly in a deep fry and were moist & tender. Just didn't like all the little bits that was in the bag of which I had paid per pound. Price was fair for the alligator, but the shipping costs were HIGH!
Alligator Bites
These were delicious! Just heated the oil, dropped them in, and 4 minutes were done. Every one of my friends said they had the best flavor and texture. I had to cook a second batch for my Granddaughter! Will definitely buy again. They were delivered on time to North Carolina.
