Spicy, juicy, and with the right amount of Cajun chaos. They were seasoned like your ex's revenge plot - Bold, intense, and somehow addictive. They could've used a little more soak time for maximum flavor penetration, but listen, I still sucked the heads like I meant it. Friends and family can't wait for the next boil.

Mothers Day field run special
No such thing as a bad crawfish, and this field run of 30lbs was great. I only wish there weren’t so many tiny ones. This batch had a lot of really really small ones. They still eat just as good, but a little more work for less meat is all.
