As always every step of the process was perfect. We order from LA Crawfish several times a year. We are from Louisiana and miss boiled crawfish lol. We have been ordering for over 5 years now and they are the best company. So kind and efficient and the quality is always spot on. I highly recommend them over any company.

The order was on time and they cooked great in the boil! Only a few came dead but There were a lot (50+ crawfish) that came in crushed and were not able to be eaten.
Quality
Superior quality and always arrives on time! In addition to adding potatoes and corn, we add extra salt, about 1 cup per 15lbs, and a cup of brown sugar as well. Sounds wierd, but it really adds a unique flavor in the end giving it that umami taste! Also-if you add a splash of vinegar, it can help with making the shells easier to peel! Those are just a couple of tips and tricks my family has passed down. Hope you like it!

I ordered a 30 pound bag of live crawfish (field run). The crawfish and seasoning were delicious! Was very happy with the size of them, and the delivery time was impressive considering we live in Western Montana. This was my first order, but this will become a regular experience from now on

UH-MAZING!!!
Couldn’t believe the shipment made its way to the mountains of California for a family gathering, and we only lost 3 or 4 of the crawfish while enroute!
