I ordered a batch of crawfish and cher, let me tell you—they were the real deal. A good variety of sizes, most of ’em kicking and lively (only four or five went to crawfish heaven before the boil). They perked right up in the rinse like they knew it was their time to shine!
Once they hit the pot, things got shell serious. The seasoning that came with the package was chef’s kiss—bold, zesty, and perfectly balanced. I tossed in a few of my own ingredients to make it a full bayou blowout, and everything played so well together you’d swear they were second-liners in a flavor parade.
And y’all, the little lagniappe in the box? That extra treat just showed these folks know Southern hospitality better than your grandma’s gumbo.
Shipping was spot-on—arrived right on time, no fuss, no muss. These crawdads showed up ready to party, and party they did.
