It was my first time ordering any live seafood to have it shipped. I promised my daughters in the past that I’d find them some good live Louisiana crawfish and have it shipped to them in California.
I can’t even say how good of an experience it was from the get go. They patiently answered any questions and handled this SO well. I knew even before the shipment was made that I’d found the right place for seafood.
And as far as the crawfish themselves…. It was perfect. My daughters did a FaceTime with me so they could show me how great their first personal crawfish boil turned out. Crawfish were all alive and the trip had no affect on them whatsoever. VERY happy customers. I spoke to a few at the crawfish boil and they’ll be ordering and becoming customers themselves. We make etouffe from the rue to finished dish. We have used LAC crawfish tail meat for years. We by 10, lb packs and keep them stocked in our deep freeze .
