We place these ingredients in natural casings that allow our sausages to soak up the smoke flavor during the cooking process. Fully cooked and packaged at our location in Stonewall, LA, you can enjoy our sausages straight out of the package, microwaved, or grilled.

I was born in Louisiana but have lived most my adult life in Nevada. My parents moved back to Louisiana some years ago, so now when I visit Im always on the search for the best Louisiana food I can find. This is one of those finds. This was an amazing smoked sausage. It had the right amount of spice & kick to it. We used in our Crawfish Boil, but I noticed most of my guests kept asking if there was any more of that sausage.
