Each rack contains 8 long rib bones and 2 short rib bones. Each rib bone is approximately 6"- 8" in length.

We decided to add a new type of meat to our grilling for the holidays. We went with 5.12lb rack. The meat was great. We plan on getting more and trying some wilder seasoning combos and marinate differently! Def recommend to anyone

I'm from New Orleans but live in Montana now, I had ordered several different cuts including ribs and I have to say they were beautiful, fresh excellent quality as well with the other cuts, I especially liked that it also came with the backstrap. This company goes above and beyond to provide the freshest highest quality meat. I will definitely be ordering more. 5 stars to everything purchased
