TK's 9" Lobster Pie

Delight in the sweet, succulent flavors of North Atlantic Lobster with TK's Lobster Pie.  Filled with tender Lobster meat, a rice, creamy dairy-based filling, and expertly balanced seasonings, this pie is wrapped in a golden, buttery vegetable shortening crust that melts in your mouth.  It's a luxurious, gourmet treat that brings the taste of the coast straight to your table.

1. Remove pie from box and remove plastic wrap.
2. Defrost the frozen pie completely before baking.
3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
4. Place the pie on the center rack of the oven.
5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the pie is heated throughout and the crust is golden brown (or to your liking).
6. Carefully remove the pie from the oven — it will be heavy and hot.
7. Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This step is important to allow the pie to set properly.

Note: All ovens vary. You may need to adjust temperature or cooking time based on your oven.
Do not cook in a microwave.
