Savor the bold, irresistible flavors of Louisiana with our Crawfish Pie.  This indulgent pie is filled with tender, hand-picked Louisiana Crawfish, blended with a creamy, dairy based filling and seasoned with a touch of paprika and other southern spices.  Encased in a buttery, golden vegetable shortening crust, every bite delivers a rich, flavorful experience that brings the essence of Louisiana straight to your table.  

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Remove pie from box and remove plastic wrap.
  2. Defrost the frozen pie completely before baking.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  4. Place the pie on the center rack of the oven.
  5. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the pie is heated throughout and the crust is golden brown (or to your liking).
  6. Carefully remove the pie from the oven — it will be heavy and hot.
  7. Cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing. This step is important to allow the pie to set properly.

Note: All ovens vary. You may need to adjust temperature or cooking time based on your oven.
Do not cook in a microwave.
